Email Marketing Specialist

Accountabilities Manage client relationships through calls, meetings, and Slack, maintaining clear communication, aligning expectations, and building trusted partnerships. Develop and implement email marketing strategies designed to increase customer engagement, conversion rates, retention, and revenue for luxury e-commerce brands. Plan and coordinate campaign calendars, promotional strategies, and creative briefs in alignment with client goals and marketing priorities. Review email designs and copy, providing constructive feedback to ensure brand consistency, high-quality creative execution, and effective messaging. Build, execute, and optimize email campaigns and automated customer journeys using Klaviyo. Analyze campaign metrics and performance trends, translating findings into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients. Coordinate project timelines, priorities, and deliverables across internal teams to ensure campaigns are completed accurately and on schedule. Conduct quality assurance checks, including link validation, audience segmentation accuracy, and email deliverability reviews. Leverage AI tools to improve content planning, streamline campaign production, and optimize marketing workflows. Support prospect audits, account evaluations, and initial campaign setup to help establish effective email marketing programs. Collaborate with account managers, designers, and marketing leadership to ensure campaigns meet client expectations and deliver measurable business results. Requirements: 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Klaviyo and email marketing for e‑commerce brands. Proven experience developing, executing, and optimizing email campaigns, automated flows, and audience segmentation strategies. Strong client‑facing skills, including experience managing client relationships, leading meetings, presenting recommendations, and communicating professionally with stakeholders. Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and competing priorities. Experience interpreting campaign performance data and using analytics to recommend improvements and inform marketing strategy. Strong understanding of e‑commerce marketing, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty, skincare, wellness, or related premium consumer industries. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with U.S.-based clients. Availability to work full‑time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. Exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team. Eligibility to work as an independent contractor while residing in an eligible Latin American country. Applicants must submit their resumes in English. Experience using AI tools to support marketing strategy, content creation, campaign development, or workflow optimization. Benefits: Monthly compensation: $4,000 USD per month. Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM–5 PM U.S. Eastern Time. Paid time off: 15 vacation days per year. Paid company holidays: 12 paid holidays annually.
