Urgent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Community Memorial Health System
• Patient Care: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic assessments for injuries and conditions.
• Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Patient Education: Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and rehabilitation protocols.
• Coordination of Care: Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
