If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy turning opportunities into business, and are ready to take your sales career to the next level, we want to meet you!QualificationsProven success in sales, preferably in hotel group sales or a related hospitality sales role.Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.A results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed revenue goals.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to clients and industry partners.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.The ability to analyze sales opportunities, understand market trends, and develop strategies that drive business.Proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications; hotel sales system experience is a plus.A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong partnerships across hotel departments.A bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field is preferred.BenefitsAt The Kimpton Cottonwood, we believe hospitality is about more than a beautiful hotel.
