Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm Location: Medical Center Plaza - 1001 Blythe Boulevard, Charlotte , NC 28203 POSITION SUMMARY: Provides day to day administrative and clinical support to diagnostic technologists and Radiologist in the breast services environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Aid in daily clinical space preparation and set up Perform image verification and ensure image availability Obtain and verify all pertinent information for patient visits, including prior imaging Call patients for priors/ baselines/ callbacks/ post biopsy as needed Schedule follow up patient appointments as needed Assist with patient throughput and provide patient support as needed Prepare clinical procedure rooms and paperwork Assist technologists and physicians with clinical procedures as needed Provide post procedural care information and follow up as directed/requested by clinical staff Aid in maintenance of clinical spaces, including housekeeping, clinical supply stocking/inventory, and preparation of medical waste for transport Utilize available clinical application systems as directed to facilitate radiologist and technologist workflows, including scanning and indexing clinical documentation Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Medical experience preferred. Administrative or customer service experience required.
