Healthcare Operations Manager

Job Overview DaVita is looking for a Healthcare Operations Manager (Facility Administrator) to lead an outpatient clinic. The manager will directly impact patient care as the trusted front-line leader in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities Patients come first: build relationships with patients and continuously improve their health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives. Lead a cross‑functional clinical team, mentor and inspire teammates to reach their full potential. Financial management: adhere to budget, forecast expenses, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, and monitor compliance. Partner with the Regional Operations Director to address employee and patient concerns and drive toward regional goals and standards. Run the clinic autonomously, with support from the director, peers and the company. Promote a culture of shared values and rewarding behavior that reflects the company’s core beliefs. Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. Minimum two years of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse if required by state of employment. Current CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 60 days of hire). Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong collaboration skills working with clinical and financial teams.
