Business Analyst - Equity Plan Administration (EPA)We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Record Keeping, Employee Stock Plans, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving requirements, solution design, and delivery for equity compensation platforms within a large financial services environment.The candidate should possess strong knowledge of employee equity compensation programs, financial reporting requirements, and modern technology ecosystems including Oracle, Azure, and UI-based applications.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Equity Plan Administration, Record Keeping, and Employee Equity Compensation processes.Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to elicit and validate requirements.Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Support solution design, implementation, validation, and UAT activities.Collaborate with development teams working on Oracle, Azure, and modern web-based platforms.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements walkthroughs, and solution review sessions.Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.Support financial reporting and regulatory reporting requirements related to employee equity programs.Perform data analysis, reconciliation, reporting validation, and issue resolution.Coordinate with third-party vendors, offshore teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Assist in large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives involving equity compensation platforms.Required Qualifications8-15 years of Business Analysis experience.Strong hands-on experience in: Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Employee Stock Plans, Stock Plan Administration, Equity Compensation Platforms, Record Keeping Systems.Extensive experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.Strong understanding of Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting processes.Experience supporting equity compensation programs and reporting requirements.Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.Experience working with: Oracle, Azure, UI-based Applications, Database Technologies.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Bachelor's Degree required.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting large financial institutions such as Banking, Brokerage, Fidelity, Charles Schwab, Client.Knowledge of IFRS 2, ASC 718, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP), Stock Options, Equity Compensation Accounting.Experience within Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services domains.Experience supporting enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.Exposure to global delivery models and offshore team coordination.Vendor management and third-party platform integration experience.Must-Have SkillsEquity Plan Administration (EPA)Employee Equity CompensationRecord KeepingFinancial ReportingRegulatory ReportingBusiness AnalysisRequirements Gathering & DocumentationOracleAzureDatabase TechnologyStakeholder ManagementRequirements Engineering Artech
