As a remote position, you will engage with clients through telemedicine platforms, allowing for flexibility and convenience while maintaining a work-life balance. Our virtual work setting eliminates the need for commutes and provides an opportunity for you to design a flexible work schedule that meets both team needs and your personal commitments. Full-time employees are expected to work Monday to Friday, with adjustable hours for part-time positions available Monday to Saturday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to create individualized therapy plans tailored to client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to treat individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and facilitate effective treatment strategies for clients.

• Maintain meticulous, updated clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
