WelderBridgman, Michigan - Posted on July 24, 2026 Published By Candi HardyTrillium Staffing is seeking a motivated welder for a local company.Under the direction of supervision, the welder will weld metal components with welding equipment to fit and join, fabricate, and repair heavy and large mechanical products.Essential Duties:Weld steel components with welding equipment as specified by procedures, layouts, blueprints, diagrams, work orders or oral instructionsRead, understand, and follow job order specificationsMaintain level of work performance in accordance with company's standards and job order specificationsAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measureHours are 6 am - 2:30 pm, currently working 10 hours, some Saturdays, 6 am to 11:30 am. Pay rate is $19.00 an hour.Qualifications:Must be able to pass a weld test2 years-experience in a production environmentPerform work standing on concrete a minimum of 8 hoursWelder must have the ability to wear PPE (face shield, welding helmet and welding gloves)MIGHigh School diploma or GED required2 years-experienceAbility to pass pre-employment screeningsTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
