HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to support the HR Director and Chief People Officer with day-to-day HR operations. This role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, leave administration, benefits, and HRIS management while serving as a key resource for employees and leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, employee support, and HR administration
• Manage recruitment efforts including job postings, onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
• Provide guidance to managers and employees regarding performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and HR policy interpretation
• Assist with workplace investigations, corrective actions, and employee relations matters
• Administer leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, PFML, and USERRA
• Coordinate reasonable accommodations and maintain compliance documentation
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data within UKG Ready
• Generate HR/compliance reports and partner with payroll to resolve discrepancies
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment
• Manage provider credentialing and privileging, including license verification and re-credentialing tracking

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or related role
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA/ADAAA, FLSA, EEO, HIPAA, OSHA, and Washington PFML
• Experience with employee relations, leave administration, and accommodations
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably UKG Ready
• Strong Microsoft Office, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• $70,000 - $80,000 annually
