Must-Have Candidate Profile

Experience

• Mid-level Network Engineer
• Enterprise environment experience required
• Experience supporting medium-to-large organizations
• Strong configuration and troubleshooting background
• Comfortable working across multiple infrastructure disciplines

Technical Skills

Required:

• Networking
• Cisco switching/routing concepts
• VMware
• Storage exposure
• Backup/DR exposure
• Troubleshooting

Preferred:

• CCNA
• VMware certifications

Client is open to candidates with:

• Aruba
• Check Point
• Other networking technologies

As long as they demonstrate deep networking knowledge that can transfer into Cisco environments.

Soft Skills (Very Important)

Candidates must be able to:

• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Create clear documentation
• Build handoff documentation for Operations teams
• Write professionally
