Customer Service & Sales CoordinatorAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to support our customers, sales team, and internal operations. This position owns a territory of set states which allows for building relationships with Regional Managers and distributors. It's an important role in managing customer relationships, coordinating projects, preparing proposals, supporting order and service activities, and ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working directly with customers while also coordinating the behind-the-scenes details needed to keep projects, orders, and service activities moving forward.

What You'll Do

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, order support, and general account needs.
• Provide timely, professional communication and follow-up throughout the customer experience.
• Support customer retention through proactive service, contract management, and relationship building.
• Document customer interactions, activities, and follow-up items within the CRM system.

Project & Sales Coordination

• Coordinate customer projects in partnership with Regional Sales Managers and other members of the commercial team.
• Manage bid opportunities from initial identification through proposal preparation and customer follow-up.
• Prepare professional customer proposals, including scope and pricing details, with guidance from the commercial team.
• Track open opportunities, proposals, projects, and customer commitments to help ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Service & Operational Support

• Facilitate effective communication between customers and internal Field Services teams to support scheduling, service delivery, and issue resolution.
• Participate in routing customer inquiries across departments.
• Utilize SAP ERP to support invoicing and inventory management activities.
• Coordinate across Sales, Field Services, and other internal teams to help create a seamless customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong reading comprehension and written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, responsive communication style when working with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to learn and effectively use CRM and ERP systems.
• Experience with SAP, CRM platforms, project coordination, customer service, sales support, or field service operations is a plus.

You'll be a key connection point between our customers, sales organization, and internal operations teams, helping ensure commitments are followed through and provide ongoing customer support.

Requirements

• Associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and maintain completion of numerous projects at once
• Excellent reading comprehension and written / oral communication
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office is preferred
• Ability to perform 90% computer-based work including participating in remote meetings
