We are seeking a detail-oriented Formulation Manufacturing Associate to support the preparation, formulation, and manufacturing of biopharmaceutical products in a GMP-regulated environment. The successful candidate will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintain compliance with quality standards, and contribute to the production of safe and effective pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and formulate biopharmaceutical products according to batch records and SOPs.
• Operate, clean, and maintain formulation and manufacturing equipment.
• Accurately complete manufacturing documentation and batch records.
• Perform material preparation, weighing, mixing, and solution preparation.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety policies, and quality standards.
• Assist with equipment setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Support investigations related to deviations and implement corrective actions as required.
• Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain a clean and organized manufacturing environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related scientific discipline) is required.
• 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or GMP manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written procedures and work accurately in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with aseptic processing or formulation manufacturing.
• Familiarity with cleanroom operations and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment.
