Primary Care Medical Assistant

To be considered, candidate must be open and willing to go perm at the end of the contract if all goes well and an offer is presented. MA-C or MA-R will be considered. Will accept new grad MA-C, but MA-Rs must have at least 6 months of related experience.

Location: Redmond, WA (18100 NE Union Hill Road, Ste 200, Redmond, WA 98052) Will accept MA-R or MA-C

Schedule: 4x10hr, 0730-1800 (Mon, Tues, Thurs, & Fri - Weds OFF, no weekends) Clinic can be flexible if candidate prefers 5x8hr shifts. Discuss with hiring manager.

Experience: Will accept new grad MA-C, but MA-Rs must have at least 6 months of related experience; Adult Outpatient Clinic setting is REQUIRED, open to screening candidates who have strong acute inpatient experience.

• Vital Signs: height, weight, pulse ox, BP, resp, temp, pulse.
• Prepare for Exam: Record History/Medications/Allergies
• Injections: Immunizations, intradermal, intramuscular
• Specimen Collection: Capillary, labelling specimens, sputum, stool, UA
• Professional Knowledge and Skills: F/u phone calls, rooming patients, review lab tests

Will this traveler need to float between like units? As Needed Within Skillset Locals accepted: Yes, considered local within 50-mile radius of clinic RTO Accepted: Yes, must be presented upon submission. Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Special Notes: Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. If the candidate is a good fit, there is the possibility to hire on after the contract ends.
