Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and challenges. \n
- Provide personalized individual and family counseling through various modalities, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet cultural and contextual needs. \n
- Utilize evidence-based interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to facilitate healing and growth. \n
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that encompass client goals and requires ongoing evaluation of progress. \n
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and nurses, to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care. \n

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program. \n
