We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Software Architect Lead Developer to lead our software development efforts and architectural decisions. You will guide the technical direction of our projects, designing scalable and efficient software solutions, and mentoring a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products. • Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain software design documentation, architectural diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, guiding them in best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles.

skills you bring to the field

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years proven experience as a Software Architect or Lead Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and software development frameworks.
• Deep expertise in software design patterns, architectural principles, and system integration.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, microservices architecture, and containerization technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Security-conscious mindset and understanding of secure software development practices.
• Strong knowledge of database systems, distributed computing, and scalability concepts.
• Previous experience in a leadership role with mentoring responsibilities is preferred.
