Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess resident needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), strength, and mobility.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic resident care.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Utilize advanced modalities to enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licensure: Valid California Occupational Therapist License (or eligibility for licensure).
