Logistics Officer

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) Chief Operating Officer (COO) administers the Director of National Intelligence (DNI's) vision & direction to the ODNI enterprise providing elite support services including synchronizing policy, plans, procedures, & cross-functional issues that enable the ODNI mission. COO oversees most ODNI business operations, including executive support, human resources, security, facilities, continuity, governance, policies, & information management. Basic organizational, problem-solving, and oral and written communication skills as well as knowledge of various application systems. Basic ability to establish regular contact with high-level internal and external resources and have periodic contacts with other offices, supplying or seeking information on specialized and non-specialized matters; use of tact when expressing ideas or opinions to senior leaders, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including ability to work effectively both independently and in a team or collaborative environment. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure necessary equipment, materials, and supplies. Monitor the status of open orders, and receive/process order cancellations, status updates, and modifications, to ensure actions are being worked and finalized. #J-18808-Ljbffr
