Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient care in a dynamic healthcare setting. The therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to promote optimal recovery and functional independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and establish individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve mobility, strength, and endurance.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention.
• Document all patient interactions andclinical outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Physical Therapist license.
• Demonstrate at least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols diligently.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain current CPR and BLS certifications.
