Family Law Associate Attorney

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Family Law Associate Attorney in Asheville, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will be passionate about representing clients during challenging times and will join a dedicated team serving Buncombe County and western North Carolina. Duties Conduct new client consultations. Attend court, mediations, and depositions. Research and prepare cases for court. Participate in case reviews and team trainings. Communicate with clients in person, by phone, virtually, and in writing. Manage a high volume of cases from start to finish. Requirements Licensed member of the North Carolina Bar, in good standing. Previous law firm and litigation experience preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications North Carolina Bar membership. Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
