The ideal candidate will have experience operating metal fabrication equipment and producing high-quality accessories and panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate metal fabrication machinery including shears, brakes, roll formers, slitters, and related equipment Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and fabrication drawings Measure, cut, bend, and fabricate metal materials to specifications Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and workmanship Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials Follow company safety procedures and production schedules Qualifications Previous metal fabrication or sheet metal experience preferred Experience operating fabrication machinery required Ability to read tape measures and basic fabrication drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Bi‑lingual in Spanish and English required Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Forklift experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Full‑time steady work Opportunities for advancement Supportive work environment Paid holidays and benefits available #J-18808-Ljbffr
