This is not an entry-level posting. We are not looking for someone to train from scratch.

We need a proven furniture sales professional to join one of the strongest sales floors in the Phoenix metro. Our Indian School showroom runs a tight, high-performing team where the standard is excellence our current sales professionals consistently earn $90,000 and above. We need a fourth person who belongs in that conversation.

If you already know how to close, how to build rapport in English and Spanish, and how to turn a floor walk-in into a loyal customer read on.

What You'll Earn:

• $70,000$110,000+ per year based on performance
• Commission-based with a guaranteed weekly draw the more you sell, the more you make, no ceiling

What You Will Do:

• Work the floor and own your customer relationships from greeting to close
• Sell furniture, mattresses, and financing solutions to a diverse customer base
• Build repeat business and referrals through trust and follow-through
• Hit and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
• Contribute to a team culture of high performance and accountability

What We Need From You:

• Proven furniture sales experience mattress, flooring, or big-ticket retail also considered
• Fluent bilingual English and Spanish this is a requirement for this location, not a preference
• Track record of consistent $70,000+ annual earnings in a commission environment
• Strong floor presence and natural ability to connect with customers
• No ego that gets in the way of teaming we win together here
