CNC Mill Setup Machinist and Operator Weekday Evening Position

We are seeking a CNC Mill Setup and Operator Machinist to join our team on our weekday evening shift (noon-10:30pm). You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Job preparation including building tools, fixturing, material prep, loading work/tool offsets, etc. according to programmer specifications


• Coordinate with programmers on job progress & potential improvements


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion


• Load and unload equipment and materials


• Provide innovative solutions to improve shop efficiency


• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the shop floor


• Log and record readings for machined parts

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in shop operations or other related fields


• Familiarity with machine shop and quality lab tools and equipment


• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills


• Ability to handle physical workload


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
