Position Overview Contract (1099 Subcontractor) Compensation: Commission-based, tied to successful placements. We are seeking professional and motivated Employment Specialist Subcontractors to provide direct employment services to clients. This role is flexible, independent, and performance-based, offering competitive flat-fee compensation per service delivered. Responsibilities Assist clients with job readiness, résumé building, interview skills, and career exploration. Connect clients with employment opportunities and support job placement and retention. Maintain accurate records of services delivered and provide regular progress updates. Promote independence, self-advocacy, and long-term success for clients. Represent Career Focus in a professional manner with clients, employers, and community partners. Performance Expectations Consistently meet service and placement benchmarks. Complete a probationary period with performance reviews. Submit accurate and timely documentation of services. Requirements Experience in employment services, workforce development, career counseling, or a related field preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Professional appearance and conduct. Must carry general liability and auto insurance.
