What Youll Do

As part of the Infection Prevention Team, youll support hospital-wide employee health, infection prevention, surveillance, and regulatory compliance efforts to help keep our patients, staff, and community safe.

Conduct pre-employment and annual health screenings, including TB testing, color vision testing, N95 fit-testing, and employee education.

Administer and maintain accurate records of required and seasonal immunizations, including Influenza, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B.

Screen ill employees and perform point-of-care testing for Influenza, COVID-19, strep, and other applicable infections.

Support infection prevention education, PPE training, survey readiness, construction rounds, and organization-wide infection control initiatives.

Assist with infection surveillance, data collection, regulatory reporting, and compliance with OSHA, CDC, CMS, and state and county health requirements.

Perform a variety of tasks and other duties as assigned.

Who Were Looking For

Were looking for a Registered Nurse who brings strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting employee health and infection prevention across GRHD.

Graduation from an approved nursing program required.

Current Colorado DORA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required.

Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification required upon hire and must be maintained throughout GRHD employment.

AHA ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of initial employment and must be maintained throughout GRHD employment.

One year of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Pay Range: $35.58 -$50.82/hour (based on experience)
