Job Type: Regular Work | Location: Best Buy 129 - Roseville, CA 95678 Overview: Become a Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate for Samsung Electronics America (SEA). Join our team to drive consumer sales of Samsung devices, including phones, tablets, wearables and more, in a Best Buy retail store. Core Competencies Plan and Align Drive Results Customer Focus Collaborate Tech Savvy Key Responsibilities Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques. Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products. Build confidence in Samsung products for both Best Buy employees and customers as a brand evangelist. Forge strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support key initiatives and store goals. Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals each month. Deliver excellent customer service to both customers and Best Buy employees. Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness. Reset displays as requested and during product launches. Complete daily sales performance reporting and provide retail insights. Performance Measurements Regular and prompt attendance. Daily accurate sales reporting. Meeting or exceeding established monthly and weekly sales quotas. High customer/user satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and high‑demand retail holidays. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour. Regular bonus paid quarterly. Next‑day pay on‑demand through DailyPay. Paid training completed online. Apparel provided. Company‑provided tablet or phone. Average of 32+ hours per week. Scheduling during high‑traffic times including weekends, weekdays and some holidays.
