Compensation The compensation range for the role is $56.58 - $62.71 hourly Qualifications Licensure Active New York State Nursing License in good standing Education Baccalaureate (preferred), Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in Nursing from an Accredited School of Nursing. Certification American Nurses Association endorsed Certifications or Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses Certification Preferred (*Based on Certification specialty hours of work requirement). Mandatory Training Critical Care Float Pool (6028) RN CC Float 1-ICU/ED/PCU RN CC Float 2-ICU/PCU RN CC Float 3-ED/Main Incumbents previously trained within the ICU’s, PCU, CDA 2 West, ED will continue to float) *Patient population (CTSD patients / day 3 and beyond, CTICU – will not be assigned to CC Floats / will only be assigned to the unit as supportive assignment) 1-year Critical Care or SDU experience or upon successful completion of the GHMC ICU Fellowship program. See- Critical Care float Fellowship Program ACLS PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer; MERT Training within 6 months of hire or transfer CRRT Training within 1 year of hire or transfer TNCC required within 1 year for all new hires and transfers; *Staff will be required to complete a CRRT Refresher every two years.
