Being part of a hospice center's broader network, you will be instrumental in managing care for clients in a variety of settings, ensuring comprehensive mental health support.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' psychological state and support systems, identifying key challenges and strengths.

• Provide effective individual, family, and group therapy, employing treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and incorporate appropriate evidence-based interventions to guide clients towards recovery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to facilitate integrated and coordinated care for our clients.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to empower individuals in their healing journey.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, implementing risk assessments and safety planning as necessary to maintain client well-being.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring ethical standards are upheld.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
