$24 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality painting and drywall repairs to maintain the hotel's aesthetic appeal.
• Collaborate with the Maintenance team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing touch-ups or repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and priorities.
• Utilize your expertise to select appropriate materials and techniques for each project.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to minimize disruption to guests and staff.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous painting, drywall, or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, drywall repair, and surface preparation.
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
