Earnings $82,000+ annually for licensed therapists, plus an $8,000 first‑year bonus. $72,000+ per year for therapists under supervision, plus a $5,000 first‑year bonus. Responsibilities Family & Children’s Services Therapists/Counselors work to heal hurt and abused children, strengthen families, and provide hope and a path to recovery for those battling mental illness and addiction. The therapist will work with children aged 4‑18 at a school site, delivering evidence‑based treatment to children and families who may have significant behavioral and emotional issues and may be living in high‑stress environments. The therapist will collaborate monthly with teachers, conduct intakes, develop treatment plans and updates, and provide individual, family, and group therapy. The therapist may also be assigned to provide services in the office‑based program on occasion. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent from an accredited institution. Knowledge and experience in individual, group, and family therapy. Experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Demonstrated clinical family‑systems orientation and ability to work with diverse populations with a multiplicity of problems. Licensed or under supervision for licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma. Valid driver license with satisfactory driving record and ability to use personal automobile to travel to locations other than the primary office. CCBHC Model of Care The Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) model uses a team‑based approach and whole‑person care for children and adults with complex mental health and substance use challenges. Staff collaborate across disciplines to enhance client recovery, providing: Increased access to care and crisis services. Expanded traditional community mental health and substance use services. Care coordination and physical health screening. Access to social services for clients’ economic and social needs. Specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and individuals impacted by the opioid crisis.
