Your Day-to-Day: Perform high-quality electrical installations, service calls, and safety checks with efficiency and precision. Establish strong customer rapport and clearly explain repairs or installations. Ensure each job is code-compliant, clean, and completed to our top-tier workmanship standards. Mentor apprentices and be a go-to resource in the field. Collaborate with the Electrical Manager, warehouse, dispatch, and customer service for seamless job execution. Maintain clean job sites, a well-stocked truck, and thorough documentation. What You Bring: Electrician with strong knowledge of NJ residential codes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service instincts and a professional demeanor Ability to follow direction and work both independently and on team installations Takes initiative, meets deadlines, and always looking to learn and grow Pride in craftsmanship and a commitment to safety and excellence Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined or elevated spaces Clean driving record Lead with confidence.
