Position Overview Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) serves as a vital liaison coordinating communication across sales, production, logistics, and our customers. In this role, you will deliver high-touch client account management, building long-term customer confidence through responsive, accurate, and proactive service. Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service. Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Place, track, and manage sales orders; coordinate shipment schedules; and process sample requests while ensuring timely delivery. Cross-Functional Communication: Maintain continuous collaboration with production and supply chain teams to relay real-time status updates and lead-time changes to customers. Issue Resolution: Handle customer feedback, complaints, and sales returns, taking end-to-end ownership to resolve issues effectively. Reporting & Quality Compliance: Maintain accurate records and documentation in support of company processes and ISO audit requirements. Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Hands-on experience with ERP software systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to pass physical and background check.
