Job Description

·                     Oversee and lead a team of 2 Quality Leads and 15 Quality Technicians (union) within an AS9100 investment casting aerospace facility

·                     Drive and elevate quality standards across all plant operations

·                     Develop and enhance the technical skill sets of the quality team

Key Requirements 

·                     B.S. Degree required

·                     Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment

·                     At least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality management or quality assurance

·                     Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with direct report responsibilities
