Reputable regional law firm is adding a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to their team in Manchester, NH.
The Commercial Real Estate\/Title Paralegal is responsible for performing substantive legal work supporting the Real Estate and Development Practice Group in addition to other firm practice groups' real estate needs. This includes all title related work including performing full title searches and title updates, issuing reports, title commitments, proforma policies and preparing preliminary drafts of conveyancing documents and closing documents, including settlement statements and real estate transfer tax forms, for review by an attorney along with other tasks as assigned.
Must Haves:

5+ years' commercial real estate paralegal experience
Familiarity with NH Title Examination Standards (and MA REBA \/ Real Estate Bar Association for MA Standards, a plus)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Presents professionally, displays a positive attitude with high ethical standards
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask and work efficiently while using good judgment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to take initiative
Sense of urgency
Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting and interact directly with clients
