EVS Lead Attendant

Title: EVS Lead Attendant Requisition ID#: 4262 Location: Dumfries, VA, US, 22026 Property: The Rose Gaming Resort Job Summary The Environmental Services Lead Attendant is responsible for the successful operation of the EVS shift by working closely with the EVS Supervisor as needed. This role requires the Lead to work with and as an EVS attendant, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness of all casino, administrative offices, and public areas are met. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Assist the EVS Supervisors with maintaining standards of cleanliness and service. Serve as the primary point of contact for team members on that shift as needed. Review feedback from daily inspections with EVS Leadership. Managing supplies and cleanliness of Storage locations, including inventory. Getting supplies ready for the upcoming shift. Maintaining inspecting equipment. Ensure all Team Members are properly trained to their assigned task. Conduct inspections on all gaming and non-gaming EVS areas daily. Fill all reasonable guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance. Must maintain the strictest confidence of all confidential and proprietary information. Maintain a high level of professional appearance, demeanor, ethics, and image of self and subordinates. Attends all regular departmental meetings as well as other related meetings. Completes necessary reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Skills And Abilities Attend required training sessions offered by the Company. Obtain and retain required license(s). Perform the duties described in compliance with local laws and regulations. Take the necessary steps to ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas, drink alcoholic beverages, or purchase tobacco. Have knowledge of the ordinances, regulations, laws, policies, and procedures relating to the Team Member’s department. Have knowledge of the Property’s programs to address problem gaming. Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge. Education And Experience Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Must have a high school diploma. Must have at least three years of Cage management. Must be proficient in the entire Microsoft Office Suite. Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations Virginia Racing Commission License Valid Driver’s License with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience.
