About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Moscatellos Italian Family Restaurant as a Bartender! You will be crafting delicious cocktails and providing exceptional service in a warm, family-friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks.

Engage with customers to create a welcoming and enjoyable bar experience.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handle cash and process payments accurately.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance bartending skills.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid bartending license.

Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
