Job Opening: Human Resources (HR) Coordinator – Full-TimeLocation: Tice Valley Post AcuteCompensation: Starting at $30.00 per hourJoin Our Team!Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day human resources operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.As a key member of our leadership support team, you will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and personnel administration while helping create an exceptional employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the recruitment process, including posting positions, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.Maintain employee personnel files and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.Process new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and employment verifications.Assist managers and employees with HR-related questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.Monitor employee certifications, licenses, and required training to ensure compliance.Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.Assist with payroll-related documentation, timekeeping, and attendance tracking as needed.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment regulations.Perform additional administrative and HR duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious Human Resources experience required; healthcare or skilled nursing experience preferred.Strong knowledge of employment practices and HR processes.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll software.Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.BenefitsStarting pay of $30.00 per hourFull-time position with consistent hoursMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidays401(k) retirement planOpportunities for professional growth and advancementSupportive, team-oriented work environmentIf you're passionate about supporting employees and helping build a positive workplace culture, we'd love to welcome you to the team.
