Heavy Equipment Technician / Mechanic

- $1,500 Signing Bonus for 2+ years experience
- Quarterly Profit-Sharing Bonuses – up to $1,500 quarterly
- Training Bonuses – up to $3,000 for Manufacturer & Technician Training

What you'll do:
- Gain hands-on experience with advanced diagnostic tools and technologies, building expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving across a wide range of equipment
- Perform safety inspections, preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs on a wide range of heavy-duty and niche municipal equipment
- Work on vac trucks, hydro vacs, street sweepers, refuse/recycling trucks, and more
- Collaborate with the Service Writer and Parts team to ensure efficient service
- Conduct preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, safe workspace
- 3+ years’ experience working in a mechanic / technician role
- Ambition to expand your skills and experience
- Experienced with hydraulic and/or electrical work
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Mus have valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Previous experience or transferable skills may include: mechanic, diesel mechanic, automotive, diesel, automotive technician, heavy equipment mechanic, trailways, heavy equipment technician, small engine mechanic, trailer technician
