Our team is responsible for overseeing project execution, coordinating planning activities, and ensuring client satisfaction.What You Will Be DoingAs the Project Management & Planning Operations Rep Sr you will be responsible for driving project success through effective operational management and stakeholder collaboration.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects.Serve as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.Review project status and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client‑satisfaction goals.Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene to solve problems with managers and clients. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.Basic QualificationsMust be a US Citizen.Ability to obtain a US Security clearance.Ability to travel.Ability to work multiple tasks and deal with competing priorities in a fast paced environment.Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation) skills.Ability to interface with multiple levels of management both internally and externally -Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.Problem solving skills.Desired SkillsAble to navigate and use MFC's Electronic Financial System (EFS)Working knowledge of SAP and/orCAM Trained.Knowledge of EVMS processes. -Working knowledge of Procurement processes including Lockheed Martin Material Acquisition Procedures and FAR.Program Performance Management 101 or equivalent training.Risk and Opportunity Management knowledge.Experience reviewing an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)Knowledge and experience of the Proposal Process, Risk Mitigation and Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain.Previous experience implementing change to improve processes.Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results.Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations.Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
