Fryer Position Making mixes, frying cake and yeasting donuts. Must be able to lift and lower screens (up to 8 lbs.) frequently. Must be able to lift 40-60 lbs. with another person frequently. Must be able work with hot oil (375 degrees) while standing frequently. Baker Position Prepare and bake bagels, muffins and croissants. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently. Finisher/Picker Position Assist in production, staging and loading of donuts and munchkins Must be able to bend and lift screens (2-5 lbs.) frequently. Must be able to lift 40-50 lbs. frequently. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently. Loafer Position Making mixes of dough and coffee rolls. Must be able to lift 90-100 lbs. with another person frequently. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently. Shrinker Position Manipulate dough to ensure proper weight for production. Must be able to push full donut racks (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
