Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, school-based position in Colorado Springs, CO . This role will provide occupational therapy services and support across the district, working collaboratively with students, educators, families, and special education teams to promote student success and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct services to students
• Support students with fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, self-help, and functional skill development
• Develop and implement therapy goals aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Travel within the district as needed to support assigned schools and students

Qualifications

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist License (Required)
• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
• School-based, pediatric, or related experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and special education services
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
