Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Commercial Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients while supporting business growth initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify solutions that meet their needs while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients and business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and support client growth initiatives.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates as needed.
  • Negotiate and manage client agreements while maintaining professional standards.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
  • Contribute to the achievement of individual and team performance goals
