Norman Regional is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to align HR strategies with clinical and operational goals across departments. You will advise leaders on performance, conduct investigations, and drive workforce planning, engagement, and compensation processes. The role requires 5+ years in HR with healthcare experience preferred and SHRM certifications.
