Youll work alongside experienced teams while developing adaptability, confidence, and strong clinical judgment./ppThe Resource Pool offers a 10% float differential, along with night shift differential, and a flexible holiday and weekend scheduling structure designed to support work-life balance./ppYoull also have opportunities to cross-train into specialty areas such as Womens Services, Labor Delivery, Acute Care, and Intensive Care, with the potential for additional financial incentives as you expand your skills./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care across multiple units and facilities/liliPerform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans/liliAdapt quickly to new environments, teams, and patient care needs/liliCollaborate with physicians, care teams, and interdisciplinary partners/liliMonitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes/liliMaintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards/liliRespond effectively to urgent and emergent situations/liliEducate patients and families to support recovery and safe transitions of care/liliUphold professional and ethical nursing standards while representing the Resource Pool team/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliCurrent RN license in the state of practice/liliBasic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers/liliAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing/liliRNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within five years of start date/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliBachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution (degree verified)/liliStrong adaptability, communication, and critical-thinking skills/liliInterest in working across multiple specialties and facilities/liliPrevious experience in acute care or specialty units/liliPrior night shift experience preferred/li/ulpCompensation Schedule:/pulliFull-time night shift positions available (shift differential offered)/lili10% Resource Pool differential applied to all hours worked/liliFlexible holiday scheduling and varied weekend requirements/liliPotential for additional incentives with specialty cross-training/liliRelocation assistance may be available for qualified external candidates/li/ulpOngoing need for employee to see and read information, labels, assess patient needs, operate monitors, identify equipment and supplies.- and -Frequent interactions with patient care providers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, alarms, needs, and issues quickly and accurately, particularly during emergency situations.- and -Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use and typing for documenting patient care, accessing needed information, medication preparation, etc.- and -Expected to lift and utilize full range of movement to transfer patients. Will also bend to retrieve, lift, and carry supplies and equipment. Typically includes items of varying weights, up to and including heavy items.- and -Need to walk and assist with transporting/ambulating patients and obtaining and distributing supplies and equipment. This includes pushing/pulling gurneys and portable equipment, including heavy items.
