Job Overview

Position: Physical Therapist - PT

Salary Range: $2,389 - $3,250 per week (base gross), based on a 40-hour (4x10-hour) schedule; equivalent to $54.30 – $72.86 per hour.

Assignment Duration: 12 weeks

Available Shifts: Full Time - Days

Location: Redding, CA

Key Responsibilities

• Become part of a dynamic Physical Therapy team.
• We are looking for a skilled Travel Physical Therapist for a 12-week role in a fast-paced acute care environment.
• Administer prescribed physical therapy to enhance mobility and restore function.
• Assess patients and create tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions and track patient progress.
• Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Bachelor’s, Master’s, Doctorate, or Certificate in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state Physical Therapy license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA) upon hire and maintain it.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.

Compensation Transparency

Our organization provides competitive pay, with an estimated compensation range for this position being $54.30 to $72.86 per hour. This estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for other locations. The precise starting salary will be determined during the hiring process, taking into account various factors such as skills, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
