About the Role:
Big Kahuna Wings in Maryville, TN is looking for energetic and passionate Front-of-House team members to join our crew! We're hiring Servers, Bartenders, and Hosts who love great food, great vibes, and delivering an awesome guest experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner (Host)
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently (Server/Bartender)
Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests (Bartender)
Deliver exceptional table service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Maintain a clean and organized dining room, bar area, and host stand
Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Collaborate with kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth, efficient service

Requirements:

Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting preferred
Must be 18+ to serve or bartend (per Tennessee state law)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
Reliable, punctual, and a team-first attitude
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
