It delivers national and proprietary branded food and food-related products to independent and national chain restaurants, quick-service eateries, pizzerias, theaters, schools, hotels, healthcare facilities and other institutions via its distribution centers across the United States.

Job Summary

W e are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally responding to and interacting with customers via phone and email in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Using a multi-line phone system, you will manage inbound calls, process requests, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job Description

• Handle inbound customer requests via phone or email for orders, substitutions, pickups, and return credits.
• Provide timely and effective support for special customer requests.
• Assist internal departments within the Distribution Center as needed.
• Maintain professionalism while managing a high call volume.
• Complete additional projects or duties as assigned.
• Shift: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday with remote hours on Sunday

Skills Required

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a call center or demanding customer service environment.
• Proficiency with data entry and general computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Must be able to pass a post-offer background check and drug screening.
• Ability to handle customer interactions professionally via phone and email.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay Rate

• $21 - $27 pe r hour (Compensation is offered based on experience, skills, and market factors)
