Virtual Primary Care Physician — Lead in Value-Based Care

Firefly Health is hiring a Virtual Primary Care Physician to deliver relationship-based primary care through a virtual-first platform. You will work with a multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality care, support population health, and contribute to value-based care initiatives.
This role requires an MD/DO in Family or Internal Medicine, 5+ years in primary care, and MA licensure (multi-state licensure desirable).
