The Parent Infant Mental Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team remotely. This vital role involves providing comprehensive mental health services to a diverse clientele, focusing on enhancing their emotional and social well-being while fostering resilience. You will have the flexibility to work a 40-hour week with options for 4x10 or 5x8 shifts between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, groups, couples, and families, adjusting approaches based on client needs and circumstances.

  • Conduct comprehensive interviews with clients to gather and interpret essential social, personal, environmental, and health information, ensuring accurate assessments.
  • \n
  • Evaluate client needs and implement treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges, including mental health issues such as depression, anxiety disorders, substance abuse, and grief counseling.
  • \n
  • Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, resolving crises and making appropriate referrals to community resources when necessary.
  • \n
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships based on mutual respect, acceptance, and trust with all clients.
  • \n
  • Assess the effectiveness of provided treatment services and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • \n
  • Document all findings and interventions in client records, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
  • \n
  • Maintain an active caseload, ensuring timely and accurate case documentation that reflects the services provided.

  • Offer individual clinical counseling and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care strategies.

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position serves a diverse population, including patients in hospice care, individuals struggling with behavioral health issues, and families dealing with complex emotional challenges. Your role as an LCSW will be pivotal in delivering compassionate, culturally competent care tailored to the unique situations of your clients, helping them navigate their difficulties with understanding and support.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.

  • Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

  • A minimum of four years of professional experience in social work or a related area.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Prior experience in counseling approaches specifically targeting mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and relational dynamics.

  • Experience working with hospice or palliative care patients is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
