Our staffing agency is seeking Banquet Servers for temporary event assignments with one of our clients in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy event work, have strong customer service skills, and can present themselves in a polished, professional manner.


As a Banquet Server , you will be responsible for assisting with food and beverage service during banquet and special events. The Banquet Server will help ensure guests receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining a clean and organized event space. This role requires the ability to follow directions, work as part of a team, and adapt to the pace of a live event environment.


The Banquet Server will assist with event setup, including preparing tables, placing linens, and organizing service stations as directed. During events, Banquet Servers will serve food and beverages to guests, clear plates and glassware, and respond professionally to guest needs. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential, as Banquet Servers play a key role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees.


A dress code is required for this assignment. Banquet Servers must wear black pants and black shoes. A white shirt is also required; however, shirts can be provided onsite if needed. Banquet Servers should arrive on time, well-groomed, and ready to work their scheduled shift.


This Banquet Server opportunity is well-suited for candidates with prior serving, catering, hospitality, or event experience, but experience is not required for individuals who are reliable, professional, and willing to follow instructions. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with banquet setup and breakdown as directed

Qualifications

• Previous banquet, serving, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Professional appearance and ability to meet dress code requirements
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work the full scheduled shift
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
