Sanitization Technician - Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend the 9:00 PM shift huddle to receive nightly assignments.
• Perform sanitization and cleaning activities within laboratory/manufacturing areas.
• Sanitize floors, countertops, drains, walls (monthly cleanings), and safety showers.
• Use cleaning equipment such as walk-behind scrubbers and Matador scrubbers (training provided).
• Complete required GMP and site-specific training.
• Follow all company procedures and maintain cleanliness in GMP-regulated environments.
• Perform assigned sanitization tasks independently after completing training.

Skills:

• Ability to reliably work overnight (3rd shift).
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to perform light physical work, including lifting/moving 20–30 lb buckets.
• Strong willingness to learn.
• Prior sanitization, pharmaceutical, GMP, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Education/Experience:

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred experience of 1–2 years or more.
• No prior GMP experience is required.
• Extensive onboarding and hands-on training will be provided.
• Ability to perform frequent standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work a permanent overnight shift.
